簡曆：

加籍華人、曆任美國大學終身正教授、博士生導師，中國大學特聘教授、博士生導師。在美國已培養20名博士生。曾擔任美國國家教師認證委員會英語教育項目評估專家理事會理事、美國TESOL 項目評估專家。現擔任國際學術期刊International Journal of TESOL and Learning (已被全球最大的期刊數據庫EBSCOhost 收錄) 、Language and Communication Quarterly和Leadership and Policy Quarterly主編以及TESOL Quarterly, The Modern Language Journal, Assessing Writing, Language Assessment Quarterly 等SSCI學術期刊評審。研究領域橫跨教育測評、研究方法、英語作為第二語言教育以及領導與政策研究四個學科方向。出版專著16部、其中3部被幾所美國大學選用為博士和碩士課程教材。在20多種SSCI和其他知名國際學術期刊發表論文64篇。論文被廣泛引用。主持美國、加拿大、中國各級科研項目20多項，獲得科研資助累計100多萬元。
